As Axel and Araavos step into the enchanting realm of the Faewild, Elowen Greenleaf's cottage comes into view. Nestled amidst a vibrant, sprawling meadow, the cottage emanates an aura of tranquility and magic. The architecture seamlessly blends with the natural surroundings, constructed from living vines, luminescent petals, and the bark of ancient trees. The cottage itself appears to be a living extension of the fae realm, with its roof crowned by blossoming flowers that change color with each passing breeze. Soft, iridescent butterflies flit around the entrance, welcoming visitors with their whimsical dance. The entrance to the cottage is a gracefully arched door crafted from intertwined branches, and the windows are adorned with delicate, shimmering curtains made of woven starlight. As Axel and Araavos approach, they can sense the subtle magic woven into the very fabric of the cottage, inviting them into a realm where the boundaries between the natural and the supernatural seamlessly blend.

Wow....What's this? (Looking around the place)

Just wait. {He knocks at the door to the cottage.}

The door creaks open, and standing before you is a graceful elf with emerald-green eyes and flowing silver hair. Elowen Greenleaf warmly welcomes you, "Greetings! You must be Axel. I'm Elowen. Please, come in. Araavos has told me so much about you." She leads you into her cozy cottage adorned with enchanted trinkets and shelves filled with books. "Make yourself at home. Would you like some tea?"

(she gasps) Elowen?...(she walks in. Taking everything in. Like meeting an idol.) I...Yes, I'd love some tea! Sorry...

Elowen smiles kindly, "No need to apologize, dear. It's a pleasure to have you here. Please, have a seat." She gestures towards a quaint sitting area adorned with cushions and surrounded by shelves filled with books. "I'm truly honored that you're a fan of my work. Araavos has spoken highly of you. How has your journey been so far?"

Planar travel. The journey was quite instant I assure you.

Elowen chuckles, "Ah, the perks of magic. Planar travel can be quite extraordinary. I hope it didn't leave you too disoriented. Now, let me prepare that tea for you both." She gracefully moves to a small kitchen area, retrieving an assortment of herbs and leaves. As the aromatic scent of herbal tea fills the room, she continues, "Araavos mentioned you're a nature enthusiast, Axel. Have you always been drawn to the beauty of the natural world?"

(sits down) Well, I was born to a family of nomadic druids on the Material Plane. We'd travel and learn as much as we could about nature and all it's creatures. Then my parents settled in the Feywild. Which is where I work now. I'm an Archdruid.

Elowen places a steaming cup of herbal tea in front of Axel, listening attentively to her story. "An Archdruid from the Material Plane, that's fascinating! It sounds like you've had quite the journey. The Feywild must be a captivating place for someone with your background. Tell me, what drew you to the Feywild, and how has it influenced your connection with nature?"

{Sips tea quietly while you two talk}

The Feywild has always fascinated me. The glowing mushrooms, the vibrant and colorful flowers, the creatures like the regal unicorns and the playful fairy dragons. I'll admit, it was a little disorienting at first, but after a while, I got used to it.

Elowen: (smiling) The Feywild indeed has a way of enchanting those who appreciate its wonders. I'm delighted to hear that you've embraced its beauty. Now, about Verdant Whispers, I poured my heart into writing that book, hoping to capture the essence of the Feywild's flora. I'm thrilled to know it found a special place in your heart. What particular aspect of the Feywild's flora intrigues you the most?

The flowers for sure. There are colors and patters the material plane could only dream of! Another druid I know turned our pond garden in to a fey garden by planting feywild flowers there.

Elowen: (nodding) Feywild flowers are indeed a marvel to behold. Their vibrant hues and intricate patterns often defy the imagination. Your friend's transformation of a garden into a Feywild-inspired haven sounds like a magical endeavor. Have you encountered any specific Feywild flowers that left a lasting impression on you during your time here?

Mystical Roses? Bright, almost rainbow colors. They're beautiful.

I found a field of them near my druid circle's treehouse where they hold meetings. I've...kind of always wanted to grow them. Which is why I've been studying your book.

(she hands the book back to Araavos)

I've always been curious about fairy dragons. They're cheeky and playful little pests. Always liked to mess with me when I'm in the feywild woods.

Elowen: (laughs) Fairy dragons are indeed mischievous but endearing creatures. Their pranks are usually harmless and add a touch of whimsy to the Feywild. Have you ever interacted with them, or are they just elusive tricksters in the distance for you?

I've interacted with them. I love their wings!

Elowen: Their iridescent wings are truly captivating. It sounds like you've had some delightful encounters with them. Fairy dragons are drawn to those with a connection to nature, and it seems they find you intriguing. Is there anything specific about them that you find fascinating or any memorable interactions you'd like to share?

I was in the woods once on the way to my parents house when four of them were being their mischievous selves and messing with me. Playing with my hair, stealing my stuff, and just playing harmless pranks. They're quite funny.

Elowen: That does sound like them. Speaking of whimsical things, have you ever come across a Starpetal Blossom in your explorations? They're quite rare and bloom only under the light of the full moon. The petals shimmer like stars, and their fragrance is said to have a calming effect. They're truly enchanting.

No, but they sound breathtaking!

Elowen: They are indeed a sight to behold. If you ever come across them in your journeys, take a moment to bask in their celestial beauty. How about we head back inside? I can prepare a delightful supper using some of the herbs, spices, and plants from my garden. It'll be a feast infused with the essence of the Feywild. What do you both think?
